Not at the moment. We fill front and back of house at hotels, event venues, catering companies, banquet operations, and clubs.
How fast can you fill FOH and BOH?
Post as early as you can. For 15 or more workers, post 5-7 days out. Same-day fill happens in the cities we serve when your favorites are available. You set the rate. We add a transparent fee.
What roles do you fill?
Servers, bartenders, banquet cooks, dishwashers, event staff, registration, greeters, setup and breakdown, and housekeeping. We do not fill roles that require driving or climbing.
What is your fill rate and no-show rate?
Croux reports fill and no-show rates for the markets it has measured, Alabama and Northeast Wisconsin, currently Alabama and Northeast Wisconsin, with definitions in the State of Hospitality Staffing Reliability study. If a worker no-shows, you do not pay for that shift.
How does payment work?
Attach a payment method during signup. A monthly subscription is charged automatically. When talent complete a shift, you pay the rate you set plus our fee. No agency markup. Workers are paid within 24 hours.
