Questions operators ask before a demo
How fast can you fill a shift?
Post as early as you can. For 15 or more workers, post 5-7 days out. Same-day fill is possible when your favorite workers are free. You set the rate. We add a transparent fee.
What is your fill rate and no-show rate?
Croux reports fill and no-show rates for the markets it has measured, Alabama and Northeast Wisconsin, with definitions in the State of Hospitality Staffing Reliability study. Published case studies include PCH Hotels (90% fill), Renaissance Montgomery (94% fill), and The Club (97% fill since 2024). You do not pay for a no-show.
How do you vet workers?
Identity and work-eligibility verification, plus third-party background screening. Businesses can rate each talent after a shift. Trust Scores update from those outcomes.
What roles do you fill?
Servers, bartenders, banquet cooks, dishwashers, event staff, housekeeping, housemen, brand ambassadors, soft security, and parking attendants. No driving or climbing roles.
How does pricing work?
You set the hourly rate. A monthly subscription is charged automatically. When talent complete a shift, you pay the rate plus our fee. No agency markup on the wage. Pay is usually released to the talent's Croux balance about 24 hours after the shift's scheduled end, once their shift review is submitted and their timesheet is approved. Disclosed extended approval windows can apply. Late cancellation fees and early dismissal minimum pay can apply per our terms.
Can I rebook the same workers?
Yes. Favorite workers get priority on your next shifts. Hotels and clubs routinely keep a rotating bench of 10-20 people without carrying Saturday headcount all week.
