Jennifer sets the strategic direction of Croux. A 2x founder with experience spanning finance, cybersecurity, and restaurants, she brings a contrarian perspective to solving problems — and a bias toward action. Before Croux, Jen spent a decade at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where she built the foundation of her entrepreneurial toolkit: data-driven decision-making, relentless pursuit of excellence, and the ability to execute no matter the headwinds. She later helped grow and take public a cybersecurity company in Silicon Valley. Most recently, she built a healthy fast-casual restaurant in Birmingham, AL — during the pandemic with a newborn — which she sold in 2025. Jen attended Princeton University, where she studied English literature and captained the Varsity Women's Volleyball team.
Stewart — COO
Stewart leads daily operations, finance, and compliance at Croux, ensuring streamlined execution and operational excellence. Before Croux, Stewart spent seven years as a Jimmy John's franchisee in Jacksonville, FL, where he built and sold a portfolio of seven stores. He then became Vice President of Operations for the private equity group that acquired them, managing 50 locations across four states. In that role, he gained deep expertise in real estate development, staffing, and the full business cycle — from operations to sale. Stewart attended Auburn University, where he studied mathematics.
Kenny — CTO
Kenny leads AI, engineering, product development, and tech strategy at Croux, with a focus on rapid execution and capital efficiency. He brings over a decade of experience building software and leading high-performing teams across multiple industries. Before Croux, Kenny was CTO at Telegraph Creative, where he transformed the company's technical services from a support function into a significant profit driver. Prior to that, he spent five years at BBVA Compass, where he led the development of Hermes, an automated underwriting platform that drove the bank's shift to digital lending. Kenny holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.
