Scottsdale staffing questions
Are you a staffing agency in Scottsdale?
Croux is a hospitality staffing marketplace, an alternative to a traditional staffing agency, for Scottsdale hotels, venues, caterers, and clubs. You post the shift and set the rate. Independent, background-checked workers with Trust Scores choose the shifts they want to work.
How fast can you fill a Scottsdale shift?
Croux does not publish a Scottsdale fill time. Scottsdale dates start with a conversation, so talk to our team with the roles and weekend you need.
What Scottsdale roles do you fill?
Servers, bartenders, banquet cooks, event staff, housekeeping, housemen, and venue support. We focus on resorts, hotels, catering, banquets, clubs, and golf events, not generic warehouse or clerical temp work.
Are Croux workers W-2 or 1099?
Croux talent are 1099 independent contractors. You set the rate. We charge a transparent fee, with no agency markup and no long-term staffing contract.
What is your fill rate and no-show rate?
It depends on the market and the account. Our staffing reliability study reports measured fill and no-show rates for Alabama and Northeast Wisconsin, and our case studies show named customer results.
Can you staff WM Phoenix Open and resort peak weeks?
Yes. Tournament weeks, resort banquets, corporate retreats, and Cactus League events are the work we staff. Bring the BEO and talk to our team.
Are there contracts or minimums?
No long-term staffing contract and no minimum volume. Use Croux for one bartender or a full weekend event crew.
