Frequently Asked Questions
How often does my score update?
Your score refreshes daily, typically around 2–3 AM. Every completed shift factors into your updated score.
What does 'Fair' actually mean?
"Fair" means you're performing right at the community average. Think of it as the starting line. Most talent start in "Fair" and move up as they stack consistent shifts and positive ratings.
How can I improve my score quickly?
The fastest path is: 1. Pick up shifts you can commit to. 2. Show up on time and in uniform. 3. Finish every shift you start. 4. Do your best work every time. 5. Avoid late cancellations and no-shows. A few great, consistent shifts will make a noticeable difference within a few weeks.
Does this mean I'll get fewer shifts?
You'll still see shifts available. The Trust Score helps match the right people to the right opportunities faster. Consistent, reliable work moves you up quickly, and higher tiers often get first access to the best shifts. Keep showing up on time and doing your best work; you'll see your score rise within a few weeks.
Why did my score go down?
The new Trust Score uses a wider, fairer scale and looks at long-term consistency. Most talent saw their number adjust a bit. "Fair" means you're right where most of the community is, and steady, on-time work will move it back up fast. The new version has higher accuracy and takes into account more data like tardiness and longer patterns. If you've been showing up on time and finishing shifts, you're doing the right things. Keep that up and you'll see your score rise within a few weeks.
