How to Staff a Convention Week Without Peak Payroll

Convention staffing is a calendar problem. A 500-room block and a 1,200-person banquet turn arrive in 48 hours. Tuesday after load-out needs a skeleton crew. Post the stations you need

Post the work the way the group week runs: banquet servers, bartenders, registration, setup, breakdown, housekeeping. “Need 40 people” fills slower than a station list. Workers show up knowing which room they own.

Price the wage in the open
