Huntsville staffing questions
Are you a staffing agency in Huntsville?
Croux is a hospitality staffing marketplace, an alternative to a traditional staffing agency, for Huntsville hotels, venues, caterers, and clubs. You post the shift and set the rate. Independent, background-checked workers with Trust Scores choose the shifts they want to work.
How fast can you fill a Huntsville shift?
Across Croux's Alabama markets, for shifts posted less than 48 hours ahead, the first worker was confirmed in a median of 22 minutes over the 12 months to September 2026. For same-day shifts, post as early as you can. For large crews, post 5-7 days out.
What Huntsville roles do you fill?
Servers, bartenders, banquet cooks, event staff, housekeeping, housemen, and venue support. We focus on hotels, catering, banquets, clubs, and venues, not generic warehouse or clerical temp work.
Are Croux workers W-2 or 1099?
Croux talent are 1099 independent contractors. You set the rate. We charge a transparent fee, with no agency markup and no long-term staffing contract.
What is your fill rate and no-show rate?
Across Croux's Alabama markets over the 12 months to September 2026, 85% of requested worker slots on shifts the business did not cancel were worked, 91% of workers still booked inside the final 24 hours clocked in, and 8 in 10 shifts went to someone who had already worked for that same business.
