How fast do I get paid?
After you finish a shift, we send your pay to your Stripe account. Add an eligible debit card and Instant Payout can reach you in as little as 30 minutes. Otherwise, Standard Pay takes 2-3 business days.
Do I need experience?
Whether you're new or an industry vet, there are shifts for you. Each shift lists the experience it requires, so you'll know before you apply. The most important factor in your success is your reliability.
Is event staff the same as general labor?
Close, not the same. General labor is load-in and utility work. Event staff is guest flow and floor coverage. Take both if you can work either.
Do I have to commit to a schedule?
No. You choose when and where you work. Open the app, pick the shifts that fit your life, and skip the ones that don't.
What do I need to sign up?
Signing up is free. You must be 18 or older, own a phone with data, upload a government ID, and agree to our Talent Guidelines.
Can I earn more by referring friends?
Yes. Share your referral link from the app. You each earn $10 when your friend completes a first shift and $20 after a fifth.
