What if I want to hire a Croux talent part-time or full-time?

How do you find and vet talent?

Our community grows via word of mouth. Every worker is identity-verified, background-checked with a 10-year lookback, and continuously rated by the businesses they serve.

Are Croux talent e-verified?

Croux talent are 1099 independent contractors and therefore are not required to be e-verified.

How does payment work?

Attach a payment method during signup. A monthly subscription is charged automatically. When talent complete a shift, you're charged the shift rate plus our fee.
